This has been a highly controversial Bb. Pilipinas winner. Janina San Miguel is pretty but I had goosebumps hearing her answer. This is one for the brave of heart.
She reminded me of Ms. South Carolina of Miss Teen USA 2007. But between the two of them, Janina is worse.
